A happy, efficient and stable team is vital to the success of any organisation. Clarity creates the right environment for stability. This means that we retain a team who are well trained, efficient and happy, which in turn creates customer satisfaction and a welcoming contact point. As testament to this, the average length of service with Clarity is in excess of 18 years.

Paul is your local Account Manager and Perry is the area Service Manager.


I joined Clarity in 1993 and have over two decades experience in supporting the devices we install in our customer base. With our Barnstaple office it is easy to restock with parts and consumables, helping me provide excellent service.

I am  the Service Manager for Clarity Copiers North Devon, and live in Northam, near Bideford, which is central to the areas I cover together with my other colleagues in the service team.


I started with Clarity back in 1995, and cover the North, Mid and West Devon areas which is a great patch to have. I have loyal customers across this area including Bampton, Barnstaple, Bideford, Bude, Chumleigh, Crediton,  Cullompton, Exmoor, Holsworthy, Ilfracombe, Lynton, Okehampton, South Molton, Tiverton, Torrington, Woolacombe and all areas between. Sharon and I co-ordinate the Clarity service engineers by managing customer emergencies for ensuring a prompt, reliable service. All of our duties reflect the personal care and attention to detail to maintain our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard accreditation in respect of both Sales and Service.


I have gained close friendships with many of our customers. We recognise customers by individual names rather than just the Company name or account number. The feedback we receive from customers has always been positive as we aim to achieve a fast, attentive response to all service requests.

Nowadays, we supply revolutionary office equipment offering our trusted friendly and efficient customer support. We monitor service response and fix times, looking for trends and improvements through maintaining service records. This historical data enables us to efficiently help our customers with telephone and/or email assistance.

I always attend to queries with a matter of urgency.
